We've done about 20,000 square feet of polyaspartic coated concrete with this so far, around 30 or 40 gallons worth of cleaning solution. It's flawless and works extremely well. The floor is dry and it picks up heavy dirty and grease without a problem. The ball valve to control the flow is useful, but a little inconvenient to reach and adjust. Cleaning and draining both tanks is easy. We highly recommend this scrubber.
