Return Policy

Note: Any pandemic shortage items purchased from UnoClean will fall under a temporary Non-Return of Goods Policy. Items falling under this Non-Return of Goods Policy are at the discretion of UnoClean. If you have any question about an item(s) falling under this temporary policy please call our customer support line before placing your order. 

Thank you for choosing UnoClean for your supply needs. We hope you are satisfied with your order and you continue to shop on UnoClean in the future. To ensure your customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.

Upon receiving your order please note:

  • If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery.
  • Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original manufactures packaging.
  • Make sure the item(s) is what you expected before opening the item(s) packaging.
  • If you ordered more than one of the same item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all the other same type item packages.
  • Please contact us within 5 business days if any items show signs of shipping damage or defects.

Please read the following for a Return or Exchange of item(s):

  • Acquire a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number by filling out our online form or calling UnoClean for a RGA number for the item(s) that you want to return. Upon receiving your RGA number you may then return items to UnoClean within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
  • Only send item(s) back to UnoClean after receiving a RGA approval number.
  • All items being returned must be in new unused condition (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Any markings or sticker on the product packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.
  • UnoClean reserves the right to refuse any return request and or charge a 25% restocking fee This fee is determined by our manufacturers or suppliers.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the available credit.
  • Any return of item(s) that were shipped under a FREE SHIPPING promotion will have the normal shipping fees for the item(s) deducted from its refunded amount.
  • Shipping the item(s) back without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued from UnoClean will delay your refund or be rejected by our receiving department.
  • Shipping cost and responsibility of the product back to UnoClean or a supplier shall be that of the customers.
  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If the item(s) returned show signs of use, missing items or damage item packaging UnoClean reserve the right to reject the returned product(s).
  • Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way the original purchase was purchased under.

Product Policies & Exemptions

  • Vacuums: Due to Health Department and Manufacture Regulations UnoClean is unable to accept any returns of used vacuums. This covers all offered vacuum styles from UnoClean. We suggest trying on all backpack vacuums after receiving to see if you like the size and feel before using.
  • No returns of any kind allowed for used electrical, propane, gas and battery power operated equipment.
