This blue scrubbing pad is best for cleaning grouted tile floors but can be used very effectively on terrazzo, poured non-slip, concrete and other uneven floors as well. Best used wet on several surfaces. New velcro backing reduces friction between the plate and the pad. Use wet on several surfaces.
