TS Vacate is a specially formulated, ready-to-use, non-selective total-kill herbicide featuring long-lasting residual action for controlling a wide variety of annual and perennial weeds and grasses on non-cropland areas. Formulated with 1.10% 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) and 0.61% Bromacil, this herbicide delivers fast knockdown with residual control lasting up to 12 months.
The VOC-compliant formulation contains less than 3% volatile organic compounds, making it environmentally conscious for use on railroad rights-of-way, fence rows, parking lots, around buildings, loading ramps, storage yards, tank farms, and industrial sites. The extended residual action provides semi soil-sterilant capability, preventing weed regrowth and maintaining clear surfaces for extended periods, making it ideal for municipal weed control and long-term vegetation management.
