Shipping was delayed by a week. I received a curved pole in one section. There was no manual. This has been incredibly frustrating. I would not purchase again from the company.

Hello, I do apologize you did not have a great experience with your order. It is stated on our website that orders normally ship 24 to 72 business hours after the ordering process is complete. I do see that the order was placed on 3/8 after business hours and it was processed on 3/9 then shipped out on the 12th and you received it the 13th.
