Hello, I apologize that you are unhappy with your service you received. I know that you asked to return the product but as you were told like most all companies during this pandemic we are not accepting returns of pandemic items. This as you know includes toilet paper, I am sorry we were unable to fulfill the request to return the item.

I finally found some TP! AND it was shipped and received in a timely manner! This pandemic has been hard, but not as hard as trying to find a reputable vendor who would actually send me my TP order! After several failed attempts with Amazon, Ebay, and local grocery stores, this company came through. Thank you! Much appreciated!!
