There were out of stock and did not notify me until I called them 2 days later due to no updates.

Hello, When checking your order, it looks like you placed your order on 3/25 at 12:45pm and received a call back to your voicemail that you left less than 2 hours later on 3/25 as well. We are receiving 100's of orders a day and are unable to keep up with every order as soon as they come in. We do however get to all of them by the end of the day. I apologize you feel our customer service was not up to par but you would have received an email by the end of the day regarding the out of stock status of your item and would have been given the option to keep the order and ship when it came into stock.
