Specialized sanitizer for:

  • Utensils, dishes, and glasses in the final sanitizing rinse
  • Food processing equipment including dairy (soft serve machines) and brewery equipment
  • Table tops, counters, or any hard (nonporous) surface

Sink Sanitizer is recommended for use on hard (nonporous) surfaces, on dishes, glasses or food processing equipment or utensils, including dairy (soft serve machines) and brewery equipment and utensils.

Prepare a sanitizing solution by dissolving 1 oz. of Sink Sanitizer per 10 gal. water. This gives a solution containing 100 ppm available chlorine. Clean and rinse item or surface prior to sanitizing. Then place dishes, glasses, equipment or utensils in the solution or spread it over the surface to be sanitized. Let stand 2 to 5 minutes and allow to air dry.

Sink Sanitizer:

  • Does not leave a toxic residue
  • Is FDA approved as a no-rinse sanitizer for use under 21 CFR 178.1010
  • Is EPA registered
