I have no idea about the quality of the product as I still have not received it yet. It was ordered on Oct 7th. The amount was charged to my pay pal account on the same day. Five days later, they sent me a request to rate my satisfaction level. I explained that they had not shipped yet. Finally, I get notified on Oct 13 that they had shipped my order. No tracking info, just said your order has shipped. Now, Oct. 18, I get another request to rate my satisfaction level. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. If I had tracking information, I would check with the shipper. But nothing. As far as I know, uncle Joe was heading my way and they tossed it on the back of his horse. All I have at this time is hope. (that they are a real company and not just a front to scam us). For sure, I will not be ordering from them again. Too many good companies out there to do business with.
UPDATE: Received a call from Kate Mucci this afternoon. We discussed the problems and she was very polite. She explained the chain of events to my satisfaction and I am now a satisfied customer. The product did just arrive and I am very satisfied. The casters were exactly like the ones originally installed by the manufacturer. Install was simple and the quality more than met my expectations. Good, quality product. I am happy to say that good CUSTOMER SERVICE has turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied customer. Too bad more companies do not understand that oftentimes all it takes is to reach out personally. GOOD JOB KATE MUCCI.
