This item broke in two after less than 2 weeks of use, the river holding the steel sleeve sheared right off.
I am extremely disappointed in your company and your customer service was apparently non existent and did not respond to my email.

I've used the 12" Gulper Floor Tool for years, they get the job done. They are a simple cast aluminum tool.
